International Accounting Standards Board (IASB)

1.  The IASB and the Accounting Standards Board of Japan have announced their achievements under the Tokyo Agreement and their plans for closer co-operation (Press Release).

2.  Representatives from the IASB have attended the 5th IFRS policy forum for the Asia-Oceania region (Press Release).

3.  A new investor perspective titled Developing accounting standards consistent with the CFA Institute’s vision, by IASB member Paul Pacter, has been published.

4.  Webcast registration is now available for the 21 June strategy review roundtable.

1.  The FASB has launched a new taxonomy online review and comment system (Press Release).

3.  The Action Alert, handout and video for the 8 June 2011 FASB meeting are now available.
